Healthy Lifestyle in My Version

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. In this post I want to talk about healthy lifestyle. As we know, everyone certainly wants to have a healthy life. But to get a healthy life of course a healthy lifestyle is also needed. Everyone knows that healthy life is very necessary, but not everyone wants to live a healthy lifestyle. If we look at the reality that is happening now, only a few people want to make a healthy lifestyle. 
Many people are lazy to do a healthy lifestyle, because of the many technologies that ease human work. So that people become accustomed to doing things that are easy and do not want to do things that are draining or that make the body sweat. Whereas when our body sweats, it is a sign that there is a fat burning process occurring in the body, and this can make our body healthy.
People today also prefer junk food than healthy food, perhaps because the taste of junk food is better than healthy foods like vegetables. Also ways to provide junk food are also more practical, so it doesn't take long for buyers to get it. And also the expiration date of this food is far longer than natural food. So that, it allows people to choose this food more than natural food which can only last several days. Even so, junk food is not good for the health of our body because the manufacturing process is no longer natural, and has been using a lot of preservatives that can damage our health.
But for people who care about their health, they will definitely have a healthy lifestyle. And they have their own ways to get a healthy life. Just like me I also have a healthy lifestyle to get a healthy life, like:

1. Sleep for around 8 hours. Sleeping for 8 hours can keep my body fit, and I can feel refreshed through my day.

2. Eat healthy and nutritious foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to keep my body healthy.

3. Drinking milk to maintain the health of my teeth and bones.

4. Exercise or dancing to increase the body's resistance so it is not easily attacked by disease.

5. Drink water to avoid dehydration.

6. Take a shower and clean body twice a day to eliminate body odor and maintain a healthy body.

7. Take breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time to provide energy for the body.

Well, that's the thing that I think is a healthy lifestyle. But in addition to maintain a healthy body, for healthy living we also need to maintain our mental or spiritual health. To maintain our mental health, we can get it like by praying to calm our minds when we are in trouble, also to avoid stress, we can refresh our brains, like going on vacation or playing games properly.
